We use a square footage cost to determine a ball park price of your home, which includes Golden Eagle's complete log home package. Every building lot is unique, which makes it difficult to price a log home without hours of estimating. The estimate also varies depending on how much labor you want to do yourself.

The log home industry pricing range for turn key construction should fall within $135 to $195 per square foot. The price can be affected by the type of home you are building, the options selected, the building site and the location in which you are building.
